This service is provided to allow us to offer a much larger selection of species that we are unable to house on a day to day basis. The list is taken from our network of UK trade only suppliers and is subject to change at any time. At present we are offering this service once a month on the second Tuesday of the month, the next cut off date is 6pm 12th August 2025, followed by 6pm 9th September 2025 and so on.  We recommend you place your orders as close to this date as possible because our suppliers stock levels change daily.

 

How it works.

 

1. Select the fish you wish to order.

2. Complete the order ONLINE ONLY before the cut off period (Tuesday 6pm) and pay for your fish via the website. (We cannot order your fish unless payment has been made)

3. We then place the orders on the following day (Wednesday) with our network of partners.

4. Fish are delivered to us (Thursday) and we begin a 3 day quarantine process.

5. Fish are available for collection or delivery* on day 4 - Monday **

6. 24hr guarantee is given after you have received the fish ***

 

What we CANNOT OFFER:      

Pictures - Our suppliers send us a list of names only and will not supply photos.

Sexing - Our suppliers don't offer this, you get what you get.

Sizing/Pricing - All fish sizes are approximate and categorised as medium (unless stated otherwise)

There are no guarantees that the fish you order will be in stock when we place the order with the supplier.

​Other species. If it's not listed we can't get it.

Refunds - If any of your order is out of stock when we place the order with the supplier, you will be refunded accordingly. 

If fish become ill and need a longer quarantine, you will be informed with at least 24 hours notice that your collection/delivery date may need to be extended.

In the unlikely event of death either on arrival with us or during quarantine a refund will be processed for the appropriate amount.

It is YOUR responsibility to research the fish you want and make sure you can provide the appropriate tank size, tank mates and water parameters.

Due to the nature of the fish on special order we are unable to offer any exchange or rehoming due to an inappropriate fish being ordered.
