Botia striata  - This loach has a long slender tan body with dark grey/brown/black stripes

Originating from India, these algae eaters are also happy to snack on snails and as they only grow to 10cm are ideal for smaller aqauriums to help combat snail infestations. They are happiest in a small group and like a softer substrate.
