Sahyadria Denisonii - These fish are a beautiful silvery colour with a bright red line that runs from the nose all the way through the eyes to the mid-section of the fish. They also have a horizontal black stripe that runs the entire length of the fish with black and yellow spots on their tail tips.

Originally hailing from India, they are a lively addition to any community tank and are relatively peaceful. They are a shoaling fish and so prefer to live in groups of 6 or more, in smaller groups they can become erratic and skittish.

Temperature: 15-25 degrees celsius

Tank requirements: Filter & Oxygen, Heater.

Tank Mates: Other freshwater fish of a similar size and temperament.

Feeding: Good Quality Flake or Pellets
