Herotilapia multispinosa  - These fish have a peachy yellow/orange body with a series of black spots horizontally across the centre of thie bodies and a white underbelly when they are adults.

Found originally in Costa Rica and Nicaragua, these cichlids are one of the most peaceful and can happily coexist with come of the larger tetra, barbs and catfish as well as other peaceful cichlids providing the tank is large enough. Rainbow cichlids can be very colourful kept in the right conditions and are capable of changing colour quickly if they feel threatened or are upset. They may become territorial around spawning time.

Temperature: 22-28 degrees celsius

Tank requirements: Filter & Oxygen, Heater

Tank Mates: Other peaceful fish of a similar size and temperament. 

Feeding: Good Quality Flake or Pellet.
