This partical fish has a golden body which shimmers green and red. The name isn't just the name as it really does have golden eye.  Similar body shape to a Ram. These are also known to be good beginner fish. 

Found in Guyana and Suriname

Maximum size: 7cm

Lifespan: 4-5 years

Temperature: 22-25 degrees celsius

Tank requirements: Filter & Oxygen, Heater

Tank Mates: Other freshwater tropical fish of a similar size. Although peaceful, they can live with with semi agressive/ boisterous fish such as tiger barbs.

Feeding: Good Quality Flake or Pellet and frozen food.
