Farlowella vittata - This catfish has a very long brown twig like body.

Originating from Brazil, Colombia, and Venezuela, these peaceful catfish are ideal cleaners for any aquarium. They are excellent algae eaters and will spend much of their time resting under a narrow leafed plant or spindly bogwood. They have been known to breed in home aquarium if in as a pair. The male has a slightly wider snout than the female so it can be tricky to sex them.

Tank Mates: Other freshwater fish of a similar size and temperament.

Feeding: Good Quality Flake or Pellets, they love algae!
