Breed Information
Astyanax mexicanus - This tetra has a white pinky body shaped a little like a cory and has no usable eyes. This tetra is blind as it evolved in cave systems deep beneath the earth with no light. Although blind, this little fish is always straight to any food. Avoid keeping them with slow swimming long finned fish as the blind cave tetra uses it's mouth to sense things and may inadvertently nibble a few fins.
