Tropheus duboisi - These fish have dark bodies with white spots whilst young and mature to become black with a yellow horizontal band across the middle of their bodies.

Originating from Lake Tanganyika, Africa they are one of the most popular Tanganyikan cichlids and no wonder with their stunning colour and patternation. These guys prefer a hardscaped larger aquarium and a higher protein diet to avoid digestive problems.
