    Trachelyichthys exilis These catfish have a long tan coloured body with darker markings allowing them to camouflage against wood.

    Native to Peru, they are a very peaceful addition to any tank set up. These catfish prefer a more gentle water flow and will often hide during the day before becoming more active at night. They do prefer to live in groups and like some driftwood in the aquarium to help them feel safe and secure.

    Maximum size: 8cm

    Lifespan: Unconfirmed, likely to be around 5-8 years

    Temperature: 22-24 degrees celsius

    Tank requirements: Filter & Oxygen, Heater

    Tank Mates: Other peaceful freshwater fish, no small fish.

    Feeding: Good Quality Sinking Pellets
