Hypsibarbus wetmorei - These fish are a beautiful torpedo shaped silvery colour with a distinctive diamond scale pattern and yellow lower fins

Originally hailing from Cambodia, Laos, Malaysia and Thailand, they are a lively addition to any larger community tank and are relatively peaceful. These fish also make a suitable tank mate for more boisterous fish due to their robust nature and size.

Maximum size: 30cm (in captivity, larger in the wild)

Lifespan:  5-7 years

Temperature: 22-29 degrees celsius

Tank requirements: Filter & Oxygen, Heater.

Tank Mates: Other freshwater fish of a similar size and temperament. Smaller, shyer fish may be outcompeted for food.

Feeding: Good Quality Flake or Pellets
