Rasbora einthovenii - This fish has a long slender silver body with a subtle black line running from the gills to the tail and shimmers blue and green along its sides.

Originating from Malaysia and Indonesia, the Brilliant is a medium sized, peaceful shoaling fish preferring to live in small groups. Often overlooked, the Brilliant shimmers with iridescent hues of green and blue and livens up any tank with it's fast paced darting which makes it an ideal fish to live alongside any potential fin nippers such as Tiger Barbs or Angel fish. They'd have to catch it to nip it! Be aware though, these fish can be easily spooked and may jump so a tank with a lid is preferable.
