Rubricatochromis Guttatus  - These fish have red body with bright blue green spots. Females will become more brightly coloured when spawning.

Found originally in West Africa, these cichlids prefer to live in  a large tank to allow them space to avoid each other at spawning time. They are monogamous and pair up for life so each pair in the tank will require their own 'den' to prevent too much aggression.

Temperature: 24-28 degrees celsius

Tank requirements: Filter & Oxygen, Heater

Tank Mates: Not a community fish but may live with similar sized robust fish or large plecs with care.

Feeding: Good Quality Flake or Pellet.
