Trichogaster labiosa - This dwarf gourami turns a beautiful burnt umber/red colour as it ages into adulthood and has a deep body shape with the long whiskers at the front bottom of their head.
Native to Southern Myanmar, they are a labyrinth fish meaning they surface to breathe and will spend a lot of time at the top of your aquarium. They prefer to live in a small shoal and with other less boisterous fish as they are slow swimmers. They do not get along with guppies or betta.
