    Dermogenys Pusilla - These are a surface dwelling species which have stick shaped silver bodies and a long snout.

    Native to Bangladesh, Cambodia, India, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Thailand, and Vietnam, these fish are livebearers but don't breed easily in the home aquarium. They are peaceful, but will predate on smaller fish or fry given the opportunity and generally prefer an aquarium that has floating plants and a slow flow - these fish are known jumpers so a lid is essential!

    Maximum size: 7.5cm

    Lifespan: 2-3 years

    Temperature: 24-28 degrees celsius

    Tank requirements: Filter & Oxygen, Heater

    Tank Mates: Other freshwater, peaceful fish that are a similar size and temperament.

    Feeding: Will need frozen foods such as bloodworm, brineshrimp etc
